I worked on several projects with JP Morgan both as a user experience designer myself and in the role of UX manager supervising my colleagues.
breaking down complex financial services information
I worked extensively with J.P. Morgan to design complex content-oriented screens for their Asset Management site, which focused on explaining products to both consumers and financial professionals.
This work included designing the home page (a very similar version of which still stands today) as well as product, asset class, profile and campaign pages.
We also developed an Insights landing page, which provided investment managers with conversation starters on different topics, which might interest their clients.
I helped design a Retirement landing page, which presented detailed content tailored to plan sponsors and plan advisors, depending on who is logged in. This included relevant data points and infographics, which were presented to educate advisors, as well as helpful videos and links to additional content.
Responsive Design for complex performance data
I supervised a team of 3 UX designers on another project related to this site, as well as a Services site. They developed highly-complex fund information pages, such as the following Performance page, which had to scale cleanly and clearly across desktop and mobile devices.
For the same investment management platform, I also developed a 34-page Responsive Design Guidelines document for the company’s internal reference, based upon our evolving user experience designs.
AN eye-catching Touch Screen INStallation for the U.S. & British Open

We worked with JPMorgan to design a massive touch-screen billboard installation to advertise the company’s investment services in prominent locations, such as the JFK and Heathrow airports and the U.S. and British Open tennis tournaments.
