American Red Cross

I worked with a team from Razorfish with the American Red Cross to redesign their information architecture and website navigation, simplifying it to ensure visitors could find what they need among the ARC’s wide away of offerings. We held two days of workshops in Washington, DC to meet with stakeholders, and via a highly detailed card sort, worked with them to organize a new structure, which would be reflected in the following site map I created. This architecture had to include navigation to both national and local content.

The early concept work below shows how the navigation developed via this site map was incorporated into a visual direction for the new site, when we were working on an experience brief for the project.
