I was very excited to participate in this video as an ally with my LGBT+ colleagues here at Razorfish. Within the larger company Publicis Groupe, Égalité is the network for LGBT+ employees and their allies. I'm proud to work within a culture that encourages and promotes this kind of support.
Égalité (French for Equality and pronounced eh-gah-lee-tay) is the Publicis Groupe employee network for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) professionals and their allies. Our programming is open to all Publicis Groupe employees! As Égalité continues to grow, we wanted to develop a video that would capture in words and images why Égalité has proven to be of such value to many of our members.
